Surface Pixel
A portfolio and community for visual artists.
The project
Surface Pixel began life as a Windows 10 app for artists to showcase their work and collaborate. It's now a web product: a place to keep a portfolio that looks good and a community that's actually about the art.
Design-first: the spec is a design document, and the build follows it.
