The project

Retrospect is the one that's been around the longest. Teams run retrospectives together in real time: everyone adds cards, groups them, votes, and walks out with actions.

The rebuild

The original was .NET Core 2.1. It's being rebuilt on .NET 10 with a cleaner data model, per-seat billing through Stripe and the real-time layer redone on SignalR, with the same simple feel that made people use it in the first place.
